Through my virtual personal training, you will receive an individualized plan to help you reach your health and fitness goals delivered through my app. We will work together to customize your program to your goals. The cost will depend on if you select any extra coaching or add-ons.

AYM Ignite: is phase 1 of The AYM Method. This program is offered as both a cohort (everyone starts on the same date) and on your own time frame. AYM Ignite is your 6-week jumpstart to building strength, consistency, and confidence—without the overwhelm. Through intentional workouts, mindset coaching, and habit support, this program helps you reconnect with your goals and create real, lasting momentum.
Mindset in Motion: Mindset in Motion is a membership that is ideal for men and women who need a little extra guidance with their workouts. Maybe you need a reset or a new routine. The workouts are scheduled for 4 days a week and done in my app. The workouts rotate in 4-week-series. You can choose workouts for in the gym, at home, or anywhere. Coaching calls are optional add-ons, with one 20-minute call per month to discuss any changes or questions.
Virtual Personal Training: Prefer to train from home or need flexibility in your schedule? Virtual personal training offers tailored workouts, live coaching, and ongoing support—all from the comfort of your space. It's the perfect solution if you want expert guidance and accountability, without the commute.
