What is the AYM Method?
The AYM Method is pronounced “aim” and stands for Adjust Your Mindset. When I work with my clients, my goal is to help them build a better relationship with health and fitness.
Many women feel overwhelmed when it comes to weight loss, learning how to fit exercise into their lives, and how to navigate nutrition. It can be daunting not knowing what to eat, how to exercise, and how to fit it all into a busy schedule.
I have struggled with my own weight loss over the years. I finally took control in 2016. I battled year after year and fought for myself.
It took a lot of hard work and effort. I got help from a health coach in 2019. She helped me have a better relationship with food and my health.
Now, it is my goal to help women on their journeys like my health coach did for me. I provide a judgment-free zone with my coaching. I help women find ways to be active that they actually enjoy.
Making this a lifestyle rather than a quick fix or magic pill is the most definitive way I’ve been able to help my clients keep the weight off and feel better for life!

Phase 1: AYM Ignite. AYM Ignite is a 6 week program designed to take women step by step through creating sustainable changes. I’ll be your coach with accountability and coaching calls each week.
After your onboarding call, we get you set up on my app where you’ll have access to easy to follow workouts from the comfort of your home or at the gym, as well as take you through habits designed for your life. Read more about AYM Ignite.

Phase 2: AYM Immersion, After AYM Ignite, we dive deeper into where we learn more about which habits serve your goals. Whether you’re fighting with inflammation, joint pain, lack of energy…
We make any adjustments from phase 1 and continue on your journey. You will continue to receive support, full body workouts, and habits that will help you reach your goals.
Phase 3: AYM Elevate. You’ll learn what the next steps are that suit you - because let’s face there’s no exact one size fits all solution. We take what you learned from Phases 1 and 2, and apply it for your future to help you make this a true lifestyle change without feeling deprived.
We tailor this phase especially for you. We reevaluate your goals, check on your progress, and help you take this transformation from feeling sluggish, fatigued, achy, and lost, to feeling pain free, energized, strong, confident, and empowered for life!
