Onboarding: You schedule a call with me to discuss your goals and how to approach this challenge. We make sure you get the app downloaded and understand how to use it. We will set up your weekly coaching call schedule.
Week 1: You’re learning about how this lifestyle can fit into your life. You’re moving more by walking daily and feeling motivated. We have our first weekly coaching call to make sure you’re on track.
Week 2: You learn about how to make mindset shifts here and there to help you succeed. You’re starting to notice habits that stick.
Week 3: You're creating nutritional meals that help you feel more focused. We start adding in full body workouts that you can do at home or at the gym. There are modifications and progressions provided to suit your abilities and goals.
Week 4: You’ve been working out. You're sore but it feels good. Your tasks are getting to be common habit. You feel confident and are feeling more energized.
Week 5: This is your life. You are driven, supported, and held accountable to stay on track. Workouts are becoming easier.
Week 6: Your clothes are starting to fit better. You can walk up and down the steps with less pain. You're feeling good. You're ready for your next challenge to help make this a sustainable lifestyle change. It’s not time to quit. It’s time to keep powering forward.
