Welcome to Mindset In Motion!
Mindset in Motion is a subscription program that provides you with a full body workout each week.
You can sign up for:
gym based workouts: (cables & other gym machines)
workouts you can do at home (dumbbells or weighted objects)
workouts on the go (workouts that need no equipment)
depending on your needs and goals.
Whether you prefer to work out at the gym or at home, Mindset in Motion can work for you! Learn what to expect here!
What are the differences between the series?
Mindset in Motion: Anywhere Series
The Anywhere Series requires no equipment. That doesn’t mean that it won’t push you or help you achieve your goals. You can challenge yourself by adding resistance bands or other weights if you need that extra push.
The Gym Series has you using cable machines and other gym equipment. You may have these things at a home gym or can supplement with equipment such as bands and dumbbells.
Mindset in Motion: At Home Series
The At Home Series does have you using very minimal equipment. Having weighted objects (such as water bottles and gallon jugs) or dumbbells are going to help you complete these workouts.
I would be glad to discus hybrid options with you. Maybe you have some equipment or a gym, but travel a lot and need some extra support with staying the course when traveling.
Maybe you’re just starting out and realize after a series or two that you’re ready to start at a gym.
These things can all be adjusted. You can chat with me before signing up or schedule a call with me during your program.

Getting Started
When you start Mindset in Motion, each series consists of 4 weeks of rotating workouts. You will receive four workouts each week. The workouts cover the whole body and help you progress as you go along.
You can track your workouts, reps, weight, time, and form all in my app. Be sure to watch the video to learn how to easily navigate the app!
Because it’s not personal training, I will not be adjusting your workouts each week. You will have access to a program that helps with progressions and modifications as needed.
But, this also means it’s up to you! Your schedule. Your time commitment.
You get to decide if you need to change things up.
You get to choose if you need to swap workouts or mix and match.
But, you’re not alone. I will still be here to support you
Each week, you will get a check-in form to fill out. This holds you accountable and can be a great place to notice trends. This form also provides me feedback on your journey.
You will get one optional 30-minute coaching call each series. During your coaching call, you can ask questions, get support, and revisit your goals. Additional calls can be purchased.
Mindset in Motion is a subscription that offers a 7 day free trial. Your subscription will renew each series until you send notice of termination.
