AYM Ignite: Perfect for women 45+ who feel stuck and want a clear start point with coaching support
AYM Ignite is Phase 1 of The AYM Method. The AYM (pronounced aim) Method is a three phase program designed to help women lose weight, reduce inflammation, feel confident, and improve their quality of life without feeling deprived or alone.
In Phase 1, AYM Ignite, we go through step by step to start making healthier choices to promote a healthy lifestyle.
With weekly coaching calls, you’re sure to stay accountable and feel supported throughout the first 6 weeks. This program is especially good for beginners and those who feel like they need a reset on their healthy lifestyle systems.

AYM Immersion: Extend your progress with deeper habit and lifestyle integration
AYM Immersion is phase 2 of the AYM Method. Immersion is a 12 week program that builds off of the habits and activities that you learned in phase 1.
We take those habits and discuss which ones will serve you best (or if we need to swap any) that you can make sustainable.
We will review your physical activity and game plan with what you’re next steps for your physical activity will be together.
If you’re already exercising regularly and want to be considered for this phase without doing AYM Elevate first, I will take you through an assessment after you apply and see if it’s a good fit for you.

AYM Elevate: Sustain your results with ongoing structure and accountability
AYM Elevate is the maintenance phase of the AYM Method. This third phase will help you keep up the momentum with workouts, coaching, and habit tracking.
This phase helps you to become more independent with your lifestyle all while having continued support, structure, and accountability.
You’ll be required to complete at least AYM Immersion before joining AYM Elevate.

Personal Training (in person and virtual): One-on-one coaching tailored to your goals, anywhere in the world
Personal training is typically one on one attention (unless you’re training with a friend or partner).
We will start with the 5 pillars of wellness to help you set sustainable and achievable goals together.
Personal training can be done in person, over Zoom, or strictly online where I assign you a program and you track it in the app.
Investment: starts at $30 for 30 minutes
Nutrition Support:
AYM Nutrition Audit: Gain clarity on your current habits. If you’ve ever wondered whether you’re really fueling your body the way it needs — this is the perfect starting point.
AYM Fuel Foundations: Learn the basics that actually make a difference. This one-time learning session takes the confusion out of nutrition.
AYM Nourish: Transform your nutrition, one habit at a time. AYM Nourish is a 12-week guided program designed to help you move from knowing what to do to actually doing it consistently.
Basic Nutrition Tracking: Consistent feedback to help you stay on track. Use the HHF app to track your nutrition intake using pictures and or counting calories. Each basic includes at least one coaching call per month.
