AYM Ignite Cohorts
A cohort is a group of people who start and go through a program together at the same time. With AYM Ignite, this means you’ll begin your 6-week journey alongside others, getting support, motivation, and a sense of community as you work through each week together.
You’ll still get personalized support, but you’ll also benefit from knowing others are in it with you — cheering you on, sharing wins, and staying accountable as a group. Think of it like having your own built-in team moving through the program with you!
You don’t have to join with a cohort. You’re welcome to join AYM Ignite on your schedule. You’ll still be part of our online support community and get the same coaching support.

July 13th: Mid-summer Check-in - Refocus, realign, and reignite your goals, because summer isn’t over yet.
October 5th: Finish Strong - Wrap up your year with purpose. Don’t wait for January to start over.
Full Body Strength
Once we hit our 30s, our muscle mass starts to decline. Strength training helps support muscle growth and bone density. Each workout is designed to help you build full body functional strength and improve your balance as well as mobility.
Nutrition Support
Say goodbye to diets! We are working on building a foundation for nutrient-dense meals that leave you feeling satisfied and not deprived, energized and not bogged down, and fight cravings. Included are some recipes and tips to stay on track.

Your life in the next 6 Weeks
Onboarding: You schedule a call with me to discuss your goals and how to approach this challenge. We make sure you get the app downloaded and understand how to use it. We will set up your weekly coaching call schedule.
Week 1: You’re learning about how this lifestyle can fit into your life. You’re moving more by walking daily and feeling motivated. We have our first weekly coaching call to make sure you’re on track.
Week 2: You learn about how to make mindset shifts here and there to help you succeed. You’re starting to notice habits that stick.
Week 3: You're creating nutritional meals that help you feel more focused. We start adding in full body workouts that you can do at home or at the gym. There are modifications and progressions provided to suit your abilities and goals.
Week 4: You’ve been working out. You're sore but it feels good. Your tasks are getting to be common habit. You feel confident and are feeling more energized.
Week 5: This is your life. You are driven, supported, and held accountable to stay on track. Workouts are becoming easier.
Week 6: Your clothes are starting to fit better. You can walk up and down the steps with less pain. You're feeling good. You're ready for your next challenge to help make this a sustainable lifestyle change. It’s not time to quit. It’s time to keep powering forward.
