Getting Started

How do I know which program is right for me?

Great question! It depends on your goals, your current routine, and how much support you’re looking for. Here's a quick breakdown:

  • AYM Ignite is a great place to start if you're ready to build healthy habits, reset your routine, and get structured support for 6 weeks.

  • Mindset in Motion is perfect if you want flexible, on-your-own workouts delivered in a manageable series format—great for staying active with a plan.

  • Virtual or In-Person Personal Training gives you more individualized support, whether you want guidance at home, in the gym, or face-to-face.

  • Nutrition Audit is for you if you need a fresh look at your eating habits with feedback and strategies to improve without diets or restriction.

What happens after I sign up?

Typically, you will receive an email after you sign up that will set you up with your next steps. If you don’t get this email, double check your spam folder. The email will walk you through your next steps.

If your program starts will a coaching call, I will walk you through the setup. If you’d like to set up a coaching call to get set up, you’re more than welcome to here.

If you feel lost still, please reach out! I would be glad to help you with your next steps.

When do the programs start? Can I join anytime?

It depends on the program!

  • Personal Training (virtual or in-person) begins when we schedule your first session together — we’ll coordinate what works best for you.

  • Mindset in Motion and the Nutrition Audit are self-paced and can start as soon as you sign up.

  • AYM Ignite typically runs in set cohort start dates a few times throughout the year. These are great if you enjoy community and accountability with others starting at the same time.
    ** However, if the cohort dates don’t line up with your schedule, you can still begin AYM Ignite on your own — you’ll get the same support and access, just in a more flexible format.

When is the next cohort for AYM Ignite?

Cohort start dates for AYM Ignite for the remainder of 2025 are:

  • Mid-summer check in: July 13, 2025

  • Fall routine: October 5, 2025

How long are your workouts?

Most workouts in each program last 20-45 minutes. Personal training sessions are typically 45 minutes, but can also be 30, 60, or 90 minutes.

What is The AYM Method?

The AYM Method is a 3-phase program created to help women fight back from inflammation, lose weight, and to feel strong and confident. We use healthy habits and easy to follow exercises you can do from the comfort of your home or the gym. For more information, click here.

How is AYM Ignite different from your other programs?

AYM Ignite stands out because it helps you build the foundation of healthy habits. This is where you learn ways to make your habits stick. You have extra coaching support in this phase to help you stay accountable.

What’s included in the Mindset in Motion subscription?

Mindset in Motion includes 4 workouts per week. The workouts alternate between upper and lower body, as well as provide core work. There are guides in the program to help you understand how to use the app, how to select weight, and how to progress or modify moves. Each Mindset in Motion “series” consists of 4 weeks. One coaching call is included in each series. If you’re unsure of what to sign up for or how, please email me or sign up for a call.

Can I join if I’m a beginner or haven’t worked out in a while?

Definitely! AYM Ignite is especially geared towards beginners. The first series of Mindset in Motion is also specifically designed for beginners and helps you progress as you get more comfortable and stronger.

Do I need access to a gym or equipment for your programs?

No! Each of my programs has an option to workout using gym equipment, minimal equipment or just body weight. If you’re in a program and realize you’re on the wrong track or would like to change, you can use the messenger in the app or email to send me a message. I will work with you to get that adjusted!

What is a nutrition audit, and who is it for?

My nutrition audit is a week-long program created to help give you a second set of eyes on your typical nutrition. It’s for those who are feeling stuck in their progress, who feel lost regarding nutrition, and who would like to check-in and receive support. Read more here.

Where do I access my workouts and materials?

Where to Find Your Workouts & Programs

Once you sign up, you'll receive an email with a link to download our app where all your workouts and programs live. Please note the following to ensure a smooth experience:

  • Check Your Spam Folder:
    If you don't see our email in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes automated emails can end up there.

  • Safety Warnings on Mobile Devices:
    Depending on your phone's settings, the email or download link might display a message saying the file is "unsafe." Rest assured that our app is fully secure and approved. It's completely safe to download and install.

  • Need a Walkthrough?
    For help navigating the app, watch our quick video on this page that shows you how to get started.

We’re here to support your progress every step of the way! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.

Do I need to be tech-savvy to follow the program?

Not at all! My programs are designed to be simple and user-friendly—even if you're not great with technology. Once you sign up, you’ll receive an email with everything you need to get started, including a walkthrough video showing how to use the app. And if you ever get stuck, I’m just a message away to help guide you through it!

Nutrition & Lifestyle Support

Do I have to count calories or follow a strict diet?

No! As you advance through the AYM Method, there is an option to count calories. This will depend on your goals and current habits. My app provides options to count calories; but I will work with you to help determine if it’s appropriate for your plan. It’s a setting I can easily adjust in the app.

There are also no strict diets. You may receive recommendations, recipe guides, and nutrition support.

Are you a dietitian? Can you create meal plans?

Unfortunately I am not a registered dietitian. This means I can not create personalized meal plans. I can, however, help you learn about calories, macros, provide recipes, nutrition guidance, and all sorts of nutrition support.

How do you track progress (measurements, photos, etc.)?

In my app, there are several ways to track progress. You can track your workouts with reps, weight, time, and sets. You can take photos and measurements directly in the app. There is also a place to upload your form into the app so I can monitor and provide support. Depending on your program, you might even track your habits, calories, food diary, and more!

Can I message you with questions during the program?

Absolutely. There’s a messenger in my app or you can email me any time. I try to be prompt; but I also like to have a positive work life balance. You should expect a response within 24 hours.

Payments and Policies

Do you offer any payment plans?

Yes! Depending on your programs, we can split up payments or set up a payment plan that fits your needs. You can email me here to learn more about payment plans.

Do you give refunds?

All sales are final. Because of the digital nature of my programs and the immediate access to resources, I do not offer refunds as a standard policy.

That said, I care deeply about your experience. If you're truly dissatisfied or face an unforeseen circumstance, please reach out within 7 days of your purchase or program start. I’m happy to work with you to find a fair solution — whether that’s pausing access, applying credit toward another program, or exploring other options.

My goal is to support your progress, not create frustration. Let’s communicate openly if something isn’t working for you.

Do you offer discounts or referral bonuses?

I love when clients share their experience with others — it's truly the highest compliment!

As a thank you, I offer a referral bonus when someone you refer signs up for one of my qualifying services.

Here’s how it works:

  • If your referral signs up for a qualifying service (like AYM Ignite, Personal Training, or a 6-Series Mindset in Motion bundle), you’ll receive a $25 credit toward your next program or membership.

  • If they join Mindset in Motion as a monthly subscriber, you'll receive a $10 credit or bonus digital resource.

  • Referral credits must be used within 6 months and are non-transferable.

  • Make sure they mention your name at sign-up!

This helps me grow while rewarding you for spreading the word.

Is there a contract or can I cancel any time?

No Contracts, Just Courtesy

I know life happens — and I believe in creating a coaching experience that supports you, not stresses you out. That’s why all of my programs are contract-free. You’re welcome to cancel at any time, with just a little notice to keep things running smoothly. I believe in earning your commitment — not locking you into it.

Because each service is unique and spots are limited, I ask that you please provide at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle or scheduled session if you need to cancel or pause your participation. This helps me manage scheduling and ensure others on the waitlist have a chance to join.

Notice Guidelines:

Mindset in Motion (Subscription Program)
You can cancel your subscription any time. Please provide at least 7 days' notice before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next series.

Personal Training (Virtual or In-Person)
Sessions can be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. To discontinue coaching altogether, I ask for 7 days’ notice so I can adjust scheduling and open your spot to someone else.

AYM Ignite & Other Coaching Programs
Due to the structure and resources included, no refunds are issued once a program begins. However, if you need to cancel before your start date, please reach out with at least 7 days’ notice.

Location

Where are your in-person sessions located?

Currently, I train clients at UFitness in Peoria, Illinois. I have gone as my client’s guest to their gyms before as well. I am in the works of creating a structured plan for training people in their homes, as well. If you’d like more information on this, please send me a message or set up a call. I will update this when services are available.

Do you work with clients outside of Peoria, Illinois?

Yes! I have options for this.

  • I offer virtual training via Zoom or Google Meet.

  • I offer virtual training where you use my app to follow your customized program on your own (with coaching support of course!)

  • I offer in-person training on a scale depending on the distance
