Perfect! You don't need any prior nutrition knowledge. We'll start with the fundamentals and build from there in a way that's practical, approachable, and easy to apply.

Many women do experience weight loss as they build healthier habits, but Nourish isn't a quick-fix weight loss program. Our focus is on helping you understand how to nourish your body, build sustainable habits, and feel confident in your food choices. Often, when those pieces fall into place, weight management becomes much more achievable.

All live sessions will be recorded so you can watch the replay if you can't attend. You'll still have access to the lesson and resources so you can stay on track.

Plan on about 60 minutes for the live session, plus whatever time you choose to spend practicing the week's habits. Nourish is designed to fit into your life, not take it over.
